Elaine Cotoner

Elaine Cotoner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engagement, change advisory, and communications. Currently serving as a Manager in Engagement and Change Advisory at Aurecon since November 2022, Elaine has also held roles as a Senior Consultant in the same field. Prior experience includes working as a Communications Data Manager at SAMVADA Pte Ltd & SAMVADA Philippines Inc., where responsibilities encompassed data analysis, presentations, graphic design, project management, and administrative tasks. Elaine has contributed to the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry in various public relations capacities, managing media relations, writing press releases, and organizing events. Additional roles include Technical Assistant at the National Book Development Board, where major projects included managing the Philippines' presence at the Frankfurt Book Fair, as well as writing and editorial roles at Tara Media & Communications and Speed Magazine. Elaine's educational background includes a Data Science Immersion Course at the For the Women Foundation and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
