Simon Lu

Simon Lu is a Senior Water Engineer at Aurecon, where employment began in July 2019, following a progression from Water Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Hydraulic Modeller at Dunedin City Council from July 2017 to July 2019 and a position as a Graduate Asset Officer at Whakatane District Council from December 2016 to June 2017. Simon's early career included service as a 3Waters Student and Student Ambassador at Ara Institute of Canterbury, where studies were completed with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering between 2014 and 2016. Currently, Simon Lu is pursuing a Master of Engineering - MEng in Civil Engineering at The University of Auckland, a program that commenced in 2021.
