Dr. Kieran May

Dr. Kieran May is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and value creation within private equity portfolio companies. Currently serving as Managing Director at AURELIUS GROUP, ConverterTec Group, and SEG Electronics since 2020, Dr. May focuses on corporate transformation, reorganization, performance improvement, and growth strategy. Previously, as a Partner at EY-Parthenon from 2015 to 2020, Dr. May specialized in strategic operational restructuring and value creation for private equity transactions. Dr. May holds a Doctorate in Corporate Development and Organization from the University of Cologne and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tübingen.
