Marcel Fuchs

Marcel Fuchs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Practice at AURELIUS WaterRise since May 2023, Fuchs focuses on transforming portfolio companies through operational value creation. Prior to this role, Fuchs held positions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Project Leader and Consultant, where responsibilities included leading strategy projects and managing consultant teams. Fuchs gained valuable expertise at Barkawi Group, advancing from Associate Consultant to Manager, overseeing strategy and implementation projects in supply chain and logistics.
