Nicole Rodger

Nicole Rodger serves as the Global Director of Practice Operations for Debt Finance at White & Case LLP, a position held since September 2012, alongside roles as Partner, Counsel, and Associate within the firm. Nicole began her legal career as a Summer Associate at White & Case in 2011 and previously held a law clerk position at Girardi & Keese. Prior to entering the legal field, Nicole had a successful entrepreneurial career in health and fitness, owning and operating health clubs and providing consulting services to other fitness business owners. Academically, Nicole holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Pepperdine Law (2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pepperdine University (2002).
