Ben Watt has over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry, Ben leads specialist teams across Aurex Group’s Asia Pacific Real Estate platform. He is responsible for client development across the Property & Construction industries overseeing appointments for investors, advisors, developers, agencies, service providers, and asset management firms. Ben personally delivers executive and strategic mandates through the real estate life cycle whilst providing guidance and leadership to the Aurex Group teams.

Ben has been based in Hong Kong for the last seven years. Previously, he worked from Melbourne and Brisbane with an Asia Pacific remit across the Real Estate and Natural Resources sectors.
