Cormac Clarke has a long work history in the medical and construction industries. Cormac began their career in 2007 as a Junior Quantity Surveyor for McInerney Homes. In 2008, they moved to SN Associates as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. In 2010, they joined Creganna Medical as an R&D / Product Development Engineer, then later took on the role of R&D / Design Technician and Product Builder. In 2019, Cormac Clarke joined AuriGen Medical as a Senior Research and Development Engineer.
Cormac Clarke began their educational journey in 2002 when they obtained a Certificate in Construction Studies from Atlantic Technological University. Cormac then continued their studies at the same institution, graduating with a BSc (Ordinary) in Building Management in 2005. The following year, they graduated with a Bsc (Honours) in Construction Management from the same university. In 2011, Cormac Clarke moved to the University of Galway where they obtained a BSc (Ordinary) in Science and Technology Studies.
