Siva Prasad Ganta

Siva Prasad Ganta has a range of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Siva Prasad began their career as a Chemist at Laurus Labs Limited in 2007, before moving on to become a Principal Research Scientist at Eisai Pharmaceuticals India in 2009. In this role, Siva led analytical research and development projects, including method development, validation, and technology transfer to global network companies.

After leaving Eisai Pharmaceuticals in 2016, Siva joined Escientia advanced sciences as an Assistant Manager. Here, they focused on evaluating APIs from different vendors, finalizing vendors, and characterizing APIs for drug product manufacturing. In addition, Siva was responsible for method development, validations, and technology transfers to quality control labs.

In 2017, Siva became a Team Leader at Apotex India (ARPL & APIPL). In this role, they took care of API evaluation and characterization, evaluating APIs from various vendors, and finalizing vendors. Siva also ensured the suitability of APIs for drug product manufacturing through characterization.

Most recently, Siva joined Aurigene Discovery Technologies in 2018 as the Head of Quality Control and Analytical Research. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing quality control and analytical research and development activities related to new chemical entities.

Siva Prasad Ganta completed their Bachelor's degree in maths, physics, and chemistry from Andhra University between 2002 and 2005. Siva Prasad then pursued their Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University from 2005 to 2007.
