Jennifer Cohan

Jennifer Cohan is the former Director of Delaware DOT and spearheaded agency-wide reforms producing the most extensive capital program in the state’s history. Before she was appointed Secretary, Jennifer served as the Director of the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles as the first woman to do so in a public service career that spanned more than 31 years. At Aurigo, Jennifer is an Industry leader, leading the company’s focus on the Rail and Transit segment. Jennifer graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Public Administration and attended the University of Pennsylvania. Jennifer is a 2021 inductee of the Delaware Women’s Hall of Fame.
