Komal Mittal

Komal Mittal has a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources, with experience at various companies. Komal started their career as a Trainee Consultant at Executive Talent Search India Pvt Ltd in 2011 and worked their way up to Assistant Manager in Human Resources, handling non-IT recruitment. Komal then transitioned to Kelly Services India as a Consultant in Talent Acquisition before moving to TechStar Group as a Delivery Lead. Komal also worked at Citrix as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition Lead at Aurigo Software Technologies. Throughout their career, Komal has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.

Komal Mittal attended St. Teresa's Girls High School from 2005 to 2007 and received their SSLC. Komal then went on to VVN Girls PU College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their HSC. Finally, from 2009 to 2011, they studied at Bangalore University and earned their BBM in Human Resource.
