Taylor Austin

Taylor Austin currently serves as the Head of Global Customer Success and Support at Aurigo Software Technologies, following a tenure as Head of Customer Success at Secure Code Warrior and Wrike. With a robust background in customer success leadership, Taylor has demonstrated a strong focus on achieving high Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), sustaining low cost-to-serve models, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability within teams.
