Caroline Hanover

Caroline Hanover has over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. Caroline is currently serving as the Vice President, HRBP at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they provide strategic HR leadership and support to the Research and Development organization. Prior to this, Caroline was the Vice President of Human Resources at Emergent BioSolutions, where they served as a strategic business partner to the Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Quality divisions. Caroline also worked as a Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company, supporting the CDMO Business Unit and partnering with key leaders on building organizational capabilities and aligning HR and talent strategy with business goals. Before joining Emergent BioSolutions, Caroline worked as an independent consultant at Talent Results, LLC, where they provided leadership development, talent strategies, and executive coaching services to small to medium-sized companies. Caroline has also held HR leadership positions at Human Genome Sciences, where they served as a Senior Director of Human Resources for the European Commercial Organization and later as a Senior Director of Talent Management. Caroline's expertise includes team and leadership development, change management, and talent and organization development. Caroline holds previous work experience in marketing, HR generalist roles, and employment development.

Caroline Hanover holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science and Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Caroline also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Stony Brook University, although the specific years are not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Caroline obtained a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University in 2008.
