Jennifer Gathman

Jennifer Gathman has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jennifer is currently working at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc. as the Associate Director of Patient Services & Channel Management Program Operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Alliance & Program Management at the same company. Jennifer also held the position of Senior Manager of Launch Readiness.

Before joining Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., Jennifer worked at Evolent Health as the Director of Partner Delivery. Jennifer also gained experience at Centene Corporation as the Senior Director of Strategic PMO and Implementation.

In the earlier stages of their career, Jennifer worked at ESI as the Senior Director, and later as the Director. Jennifer started their career as a Project Manager at SRA International.

Jennifer Gathman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Community Health Education from the University of Maryland, where they were enrolled from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they pursued higher education at Hood College from 2003 to 2008 and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Sciences/Psychology. Jennifer also possesses additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt obtained from VMEdu Inc. in January 2013 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, acquired in July 2010.
