Mindy Lail

Mindy Lail has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mindy began their career in STEMCELL Technologies as a QC Manager, Operations, where they managed a team and was responsible for product release, inventory management, product specifications, and quality management system activities. In 2016, they joined Zymeworks Inc. as a Principal, Program Management. In this role, Mindy worked closely with scientific leads, managed project budgets, coordinated with contract research organizations, and ensured project progress through monthly meetings and reporting. Currently, Mindy holds the position of Associate Director, Project Management at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., starting in 2022.

Mindy Lail holds a Master of Science degree in Developmental Biology from the University of Victoria.
