Rebecca Hoffman, SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Rebecca'smost recent role was as the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, Commercial at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc. starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Commercial & Medical Affairs at the same company from March 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., Rebecca was the Senior Director, Human Resources at Cerecor Inc. from February 2019 to March 2020. Rebecca also worked as an Independent HR Consultant/Project Specialist for various organizations in 2018.

From 2015 to 2018, Rebecca served as the Senior Director of Talent Management at REGENXBIO Inc. where they provided strategic and tactical leadership in talent and organizational development. Rebecca also held the role of Director of Human Resources at REGENXBIO Inc. from May 2015 to July 2017.

Prior to their time at REGENXBIO Inc., Rebecca worked as an HR Consultant for various organizations and industries, including CSL Behring/bioCSL, Trinity Health, Vanguard, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and Medici Global. Rebecca provided strategic HR advisory services and implemented HR processes and systems.

Rebecca's earlier experience includes roles at Hamilton Lane as an HR Business Partner/Senior Associate from September 2008 to June 2012, and at Pfizer as a Human Resources Talent Management- HR Coordinator from December 2000 to September 2008.

Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, recruitment, and HR strategy. Rebecca has a proven track record of supporting organizational growth and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Rebecca Hoffman, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State University from 1995 to 1999. In 2009, they obtained their PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) with a focus on Villanova SHRM. Additionally, in January 2016, they obtained their SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) certification.
