Blanca Sarduy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Blanca started their career as an Office Assistant at Hitek Inc in 1993 and worked there until 1998. After that, they joined Multisystems Restaurants, Inc. as an Operations Assistant, where they provided administrative support and managed purchasing activities. In 2000, Blanca joined Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi in Puerto Rico as an Administrative Assistant, supporting top executives and managing various administrative responsibilities. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Regional Production Coordinator at Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi in Miami, Florida, providing logistical support and managing projects for the production department. In 2004, Blanca became an Administrative Supervisor at United Auto Credit Corp., where they ensured efficient preparation and investigation of credit offerings. Blanca'snext significant role was at PFS Financial Service, where they served as an Administrative Assistant from 2009 to 2014. In this position, they conducted reviews of loan packages, analyzed business operations, and ensured adherence to loan processing regulations. Currently, Blanca holds the position of Sr. HR and Finance Specialist at Auritas, a role they have held since 2014.

Blanca Sarduy began their education in 1992 at the Institute of Universal Education, where they pursued a degree in Executive Bilingual Secretary. Blanca completed their studies in 1993. Following this, from 1994 to 1998, they attended the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, where they obtained a Bachelor in Arts degree with a major in Secretarial Science and an unidentified minor.
