Paul Voorn is an accomplished technology and customer success leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Technical Accelerators, Impact at ServiceNow since 2014, Paul leads the creation of the Impact Technical Accelerator portfolio and oversees global delivery teams across multiple locations. Previous roles at ServiceNow include Sr. Director of Customer Success Programs and Director of Services Development & Innovation, where Paul launched multiple services and drove successful deployments. Prior to ServiceNow, Paul held various management positions at Hewlett-Packard where significant achievements included overseeing engineering operations for Retail Publishing Solutions, driving customer experience improvements, and directing worldwide consumer support strategies. Paul holds a BSc with Honours in Computing Science from Imperial College London.
