Arvind Rajagopalan

Arvind Rajagopalan has extensive work experience in the field of machine learning and research engineering. Arvind started their career in 2006 at Defence Science and Technology Group, where they initially worked as a modelling and simulation engineer for aerospace platforms. Arvind then focused on aerospace guidance and control function areas, completed a PhD, and progressed to work with advanced guidance and control concepts with partners. In 2020, they joined Flinders University as a Research Fellow and worked there until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Research Engineer at Simbiant Pty. Ltd. In 2022, they joined Rheinmetall as a Machine Learning Engineer and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Aurizn.

Arvind Rajagopalan completed their undergraduate studies from the University of Adelaide, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering with honours in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Arvind also obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science and a PhD in an unspecified field of study. In 2019-2020, they pursued further education in Data Science from DataCamp, specializing in becoming a Data Scientist with Python. Furthermore, in 2021, Arvind pursued additional training in Big Data with PySpark from DataCamp.
