Sarah Hibbard

Sarah Hibbard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sarah is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Aurizn, where they are responsible for aligning all organizational functions to meet strategic commercial objectives. Prior to this, Sarah held the same position at Consilium Technology, where they also served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). At Consilium Technology, they developed partnerships, evaluated business opportunities, and managed strategic initiatives. Sarah also has experience as a Corporate Development Manager and Human Factors Consultant, where they worked on developing tailored solutions, promoting company products and services, and conducting scientific research. Sarah also served as the Vice President of Triathlon South Australia at Triathlon Australia. In addition, Sarah has worked as a Human Factors Consultant and Provisional Psychologist at Defence Science and Technology (DST), where they conducted research and provided recommendations for military applications. Sarah also held the role of Provisional Psychologist at the Attorney-General's Department, Sales Manager at Woodside Cheese Wrights, Provisional Psychologist at Hudson, and Office Assistant at Apogee Satellite Imaging.

Sarah Hibbard has a diverse education history. Sarah holds a Master of Psychology (Organisational & Human Factors) degree from the University of Adelaide, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Adelaide, and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Sarah also has a Bachelor of Health Science (Hons) degree, with Honours in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, both from the University of Adelaide.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sarah has pursued various certifications and programs. Sarah is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, an International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (IM&A) from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA), and an Accredited Triathlon Coach - Foundation from Triathlon Australia. Sarah is also a Registered Psychologist with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Sarah has obtained these certifications and qualifications at different times, with the most recent being the CSPO in 2022.
