Alana Belcher's work experience includes a current role as the Principal Safety Strategy, Human Factors and Analytics at Aurizon, where they are responsible for developing the enterprise safety strategy and leading human and organizational performance initiatives. Alana Belcher completed their Master of Aviation in Human Factors at Swinburne University of Technology from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Aviation in Air Transport Pilot from Massey University between 1999 and 2001. Alana also holds an Airline Transport Pilot certification from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
