Lauren Mlikota

Lauren Mlikota has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Lauren currently works as the Principal People Business Partner - Network at Aurizon since 2022. Previously, they held the role of People and Purpose Lead (HR Manager) at 4impact Group from 2021. Before that, they worked as an HR and Organizational Development Consultant at Charge Connect Grow starting in 2020. In 2021, Lauren also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner (Contract) at Integria Healthcare. Prior to that, they worked at Konekt from 2014 to 2020, initially as the National Human Resources Manager and later as the Acting Head of People Performance and Culture. Lauren also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Watpac Limited from 2012 to 2014, and as a Human Resources Advisor at Virgin Australia from 2010 to 2012. Lauren began their career as a Human Resources Consultant at SNC-Lavalin in 2010 and worked as a Human Resources Officer, Learning and Development Officer, and Business Trainer at Goulburn-Murray Water from 2007 to 2010.

Lauren Mlikota completed their education at various institutions. In 1999-2004, they attended Catholic College Wodonga to obtain their Victorian Certificate of Education. From 2005-2007, they studied at Federation University Australia, earning a Bachelor of Human Resource Management with a focus on Human Resource Management. In 2008, they pursued a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at Goulburn Murray Water RTO. In 2009, they obtained a Certificate IV in Business Administration from the same institution. Later, from 2014-2017, Lauren pursued their Credential Master Practitioner of Coaching at The Coaching Institute. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Extended DISC Profiler and International Accredited Professional Master Coach from The Coaching Institute, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Goulburn-Murray Water.
