Daniel Barré

Regional VP Operations, Carolinas/Georgia at Auro Hotels

Daniel Barré is the current Regional VP Operations for Carolinas/Georgia at Auro Hotels. Daniel has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage operations.

Barré began their career in 1980 as a Food and Beverage Director (Econome) for Club Med. Daniel was responsible for all aspects of food and beverage operations, including purchasing, menu development, service, and product quality. During their time with Club Med, Barré worked in 13 different resorts in 8 countries over the course of 7 years.

In 1988, Barré left Club Med to take on the role of General Manager for Crown American Hotels. Daniel remained in this role for 10 years until they joined Auro Hotels in 1998. Barré has been with Auro Hotels ever since, and currently serves as their Regional VP Operations for Carolinas/Georgia.

Daniel Barré's educational career includes a field in hotel and restaurant management from the Ecole hotelliere Bordeaux.

Daniel Barré reports to Jane Brophy, VP Operations, Full Service. Daniel Barré works with and Samir Patel - Regional VP Operations, Florida.
