Giovanny Smit Forero

Giovanny Smit Forero has extensive experience in human resources and communication, currently serving as Responsable Administración de Personal at Auro New Transport Concept S.L. since July 2018. Previously, Giovanny worked at Rafael Poveda Televisión as an interpreter of sign language for the program Vida y cáncer, where responsibilities included preparation and linguistic planning. Additional roles include Instructor at SENA, focusing on technical education in administrative assistance and business management, and Coordinador técnico for the Federación Nacional de Sordos de Colombia, overseeing national training and interpretation services in Colombian Sign Language. Giovanny's career commenced as a Supervisor de operaciones at centro de relevo, managing communication services for the deaf community.
