Johanna Andersson

Johanna Andersson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in various roles. Johanna currently works at Aurobay (Powertrain Engineering Sweden AB) as the People & Culture Director, where they are responsible for overseeing business operations and leading the People Management Team. Prior to this, Johanna held the position of Head of Labour Affairs at Aurobay, specializing in labor law, negotiations, and labor market issues. Before joining Aurobay, they worked at Mölnlycke Health Care AB as the People Experience Partner & Manager Labour Relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements. Johanna has also worked at Academedia as an HR Business Partner and HR Strategist, Constructor Sverige AB as an HR Manager and HR Generalist, West Atlantic AB as an HR Administrator, Hogia-gruppen in Service & Support HR and Salary role, and Västra Götalandsregionen as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Johanna Andersson's education history starts in 2007 when they attended Yrkeshögskolan i Mölnlycke, where they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management as a Certified Human Resources Generalist.
