Francis Ho

Francis Ho has had a diverse work experience in various industries starting from 2010. Francis began their career as a Computer Operator at Modern Terminals in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Test Analyst at Right Hemisphere, SAP. From 2012 to 2014, they held two roles at Optimizer HQ, first as a Translator and then as a Developer, where they were responsible for developing an IAM product and a Bulk Text Marketing Cloud Application. In 2014, they joined Orion Health as a Junior Test Engineer and later became an Intermediate Test Engineer, working on native mobile applications for clinicians and consumer-facing projects. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a QA Engineer at Qrious Limited, where they contributed to the development of data-driven software and mentored junior testers. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Test Engineer at 9Spokes, followed by their current role as the Director of Quality Engineering at Auror since 2022.

Francis Ho holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from The University of Auckland.
