Martin Kemka has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Martin began their career at Utiba as a Junior Assistant in 2005. Martin then worked at ANZ as a Student Project Manager in 2006 before joining the Mental Health Foundation of Australia Victoria as a Technical Assistant in 2007. After that, they worked at Dun & Bradstreet as a Business Marketing Analyst in 2007. In 2008, they joined GE Capital as a CRM Analyst and later became a Credit Risk Modelling Analyst. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Equifax as a Senior Data Scientist in Client Analytics. Martin then founded WeTeachMe in 2011 and served as its Founder until 2018. In 2011, they also started working at Xero as Research Team Leader in Financial Services and later transitioned to Product Research and Development in Financial Services Data Products, a role they held until January 2023. Currently, they are employed at Northraine as an Organic Undulator since September 2014. Martin will be joining Auror as a Principal Data Scientist in February 2023.

Martin Kemka completed a Bachelor of Information Systems at the University of Melbourne from 2003 to 2006. In 2016, they began studying for a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at RMIT University but did not complete the degree. Martin also attended Xavier College, but no degree or field of study was specified. In 2018, they obtained a certification on "John Maeda on Design, Business, and Inclusion" from LinkedIn.
