Janet Claudia Rodas has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on HR strategy, talent acquisition, and business partnership. Janet Claudia is currently the Director of Human Resources at Aurora Cannabis Inc. Prior to this, they held roles as the Director of Human Resources at Loblaw Companies Limited, WTW, and Aon. Janet Claudia also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Rogers Communications and as a Human Resources Generalist at Kelly Scientific Resources. Additionally, they served as a Board of Directors member at HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Janet has a diverse range of experience in various industries, including technology, insurance, and healthcare. Janet Claudia holds an MBA and is also certified as a CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) and HRCCC (Human Resources Core Competency) professional.

Janet Claudia Rodas has a strong educational background in business and human resources. Janet Claudia obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Ivey Business School at Western University in the years 2014 to 2016.
