Muhamet Krasniqi

Muhamet Krasniqi has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Muhamet is currently serving as the IT Lead Global Cybersecurity and EU IT Operations at Aurora Cannabis Inc. Muhamet previously worked as the Information Security Lead and IS, Architect at the same company. Prior to joining Aurora Cannabis, Muhamet worked as a Business Technology Consultant at BizTech Solutions - Canada. Muhamet also held the position of Manager, Technical Services at Alcanna from 2015 to 2019. Muhamet's earlier experience includes working as an IT Infrastructure Architect at The Brick and as the System Integration Department Manager at CACTTUS.

Muhamet Krasniqi obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Australian Institute of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) program at Microsoft Learning in 2008 and 2009. In 2004, they earned a degree as an IBM xServer Series Engineer from the IBM Institute Slovenia. In 2003 and 2004, Muhamet studied Information Technology and obtained an MCSA certification at the Cacttus Training Center.
