Maria R. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Maria began their career as an Event Manager at iMARS Group, where they managed various projects and developed strong client relationships. Maria then worked as a Brand Manager at Ginza Project, overseeing brand strategies and marketing initiatives. Maria also gained experience as a self-employed Social Media Manager and Community Manager, where they created engaging social media content and maintained content calendars. Maria later joined Intellegent Social Systems as a Marketing Communication Manager before moving on to Liberdy as a Social Media and Community Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for content creation, digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and customer relations. Maria then joined SkillFactory as a Senior Content & Communication Manager, where they focused on content strategy and optimization. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital Marketing at Aurora Labs, where they develop and executes digital marketing strategies.

Maria R. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from The University of Huddersfield in 2007. Maria then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management at the State University of Management (SUM), completing it in 2010. Additionally, they obtained the HubSpot Inbound Certificate in 2017.
