Dr. Lisa Adams

Dr. Lisa Adams currently serves as the Director of Career and Technical Education at Aurora Public Schools, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Adams was the Assistant Principal at both Harold Ferguson High School and Thompson Career Campus from July 2019 to November 2023, focusing on Career and Technical Education. Experience as a Secondary Science Teacher in the Greeley-Evans School District and an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Northern Colorado further complement Dr. Adams' background in education. With a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Equity from the University of Colorado Denver, along with several other advanced degrees in educational leadership and curriculum, Dr. Adams possesses a strong foundation in educational practices and leadership.
