Jan Parker

Jan Parker currently serves as a Teacher on Special Assignment and Ed Tech Coach at Aurora Public Schools since July 2019. In addition to this role, Jan is a National Education Association Technology Consultant, responsible for creating blended learning curricula, developing microcredentials for educators, and managing various technical projects. Jan's extensive experience includes previous positions as a Technology Coach and STEM Teacher Coach within Aurora Public Schools, and teaching roles in multiple school districts, where a focus on personalized learning and support for educators shaped instructional practices. Jan holds advanced degrees in Educational/Instructional Technology and Library & Information Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, among other educational qualifications.
