Cheryl Wang

Cheryl Wang is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience and interaction design. Currently serving as the Design Lead at Aurora Solar since August 2020, Cheryl leads the design for CAD software aimed at solar installers. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Cruise, where responsibility encompassed the design approach for Remote Assistance, and Interaction Designer at Google, where design efforts focused on Google Search's emerging markets and product frameworks. Earlier experience includes roles as a UX/UI Designer at Shortcut and an intern at Porch, along with experience as a Medical Assistant. Cheryl holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Washington, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the same institution.
