J Kevin C. has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts at Aurora Solar since October 2021, following roles at Mapbox where responsibilities evolved from Technical Account Manager II to Customer Success Manager. Previous positions include managing sustainability-focused projects as a Blogger & Runner-in-Chief for Landscapes on the Run, as well as ownership of commercial photography services at JKev Photo. J Kevin's experience also encompasses community relations and tourism initiatives with Travel Juneau, accessible tourism strategies at Southeast Alaska Independent Living, and economic development tasks with the Juneau Economic Development Council. J Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from the College of the Holy Cross and studied abroad at University College Dublin.
