Janessa Haunschild

Janessa Haunschild is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Aurora Solar since September 2022. Janessa's expertise lies in managing customer experiences from implementation through adoption and growth, as well as expanding business by consulting customers on software engagement. Prior to this role, Janessa held various positions, including Customer Success Manager at Heritage Investors Management Corp, and Client Success Manager at Clearwater Analytics, where notable achievements included a promotion from Client Service Analyst. Janessa's earlier experiences include program management, direct hire recruiting, and a summer leadership role with Reign Ministries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Global Business and Management and a minor in Accounting from Northwest Nazarene University, coupled with a semester abroad at Jerusalem University College focusing on Ancient Near Eastern and Biblical studies.
