Kari Hill, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people operations and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior People Operations Manager at Aurora Solar since August 2022, Kari focuses on international expansion, immigration, and systems management. Previously, as the Head of People Operations at Academia.edu from October 2016 to August 2022, Kari developed the first employee handbook, implemented comprehensive compensation policies, and enhanced performance review systems, significantly improving engagement metrics. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Vinfen, EnerNOC, and other organizations, with a strong emphasis on policy development, project management, and employee experience optimization.
