Mark Kornblum

Mark Kornblum is an experienced software engineer and educator with a strong background in developing web applications and leading technical teams. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Aurora Solar since August 2021, Mark previously held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Omnidian, Inc., where contributions included primary technical responsibilities for customer-facing applications. Additional experience includes teaching software development workshops at the School of Visual Concepts and serving as Lead Developer at Substantial, where leadership of cross-functional teams was emphasized. Mark's career also features roles at Cornish College of the Arts, both as an adjunct instructor and web developer, alongside freelance software development and earlier supervisory roles in sales operations. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Computer Science from Oberlin College and further studied Typography and Digital Information Design at Cornish College of the Arts.
