Tess Dennison

Tess Dennison is a Senior UX Researcher at Aurora Solar since July 2021, previously serving as a User Experience Researcher. Prior experience includes roles such as Field Organizer for the Iowa Democratic Party, where Tess successfully managed volunteer recruitment and voter contact initiatives, contributing to a significant increase in voter turnout. Tess has a background in digital design and strategy at Bionic Solution, where responsibilities included building brands for Fortune 500 companies and developing marketing strategies. Additional experience encompasses interaction design at Pilot44 Labs and various design roles at LaunchPodium, OLLY PBC, Factory, and IDEO.org, alongside early work as a marketing intern. Tess holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University.
