Kate Paeplow

Kate Paeplow is an accomplished professional in safety management and project coordination with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Director of Mission Safety at Aurora since January 2021, Kate previously held the position of Senior Manager for Safety Assurance. Prior to that, Kate was a Program Manager for the Software Safety Management System at Uber from March 2020 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing risk, safety reporting, and audits. Earlier roles include Senior Program Manager at Bounteous and Project Manager at Touchtown, where Kate excelled in project management and client relations. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the University of Louisville.
