Kyle Fritz

Kyle Fritz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the self-driving vehicle sector, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Aurora since January 2021, focusing on motion planning after the acquisition of Uber ATG. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Uber from January 2017 to January 2021 and VP of Engineering at Groupon for OrderUp, which was acquired shortly after Kyle's leadership there. Kyle also co-founded TeamPassword, sold to Jungle Disk, and led development at Vigilant Medical. An early career at Infinite Biomedical Technologies involved significant contributions to an NIH-funded EMG prosthetics project. Kyle holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
