Rob Pickard has over eight years of experience in project and operations management, primarily within the technology and autonomous vehicle sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager II for Operations Solutions at Aurora since July 2020, Rob previously held roles at Waymo from December 2016 to August 2019, including Program Manager overseeing the launch of Waymo One, the world’s first autonomous ride-hailing service. Earlier experience includes positions at Google as an Associate Program Manager and Adecco as an Operations Associate, both focused on the Self-Driving Car Project. Rob's career began with roles in tutoring and legal assistance, following the attainment of a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Williams College.
