Sophia Kautz

Sophia Kautz has a strong background in compensation analysis, having held multiple roles in this field, including Compensation Lead at Wish and Senior Compensation Analyst positions at Google (for Fitbit) and Utah Transit Authority. Kautz’s experience is complemented by a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both obtained from California State University, Long Beach.
