Matt Meer

Matt Meer, CPA, MBA, serves as the Global Controller and Finance Director at Aurorium, a leading chemical manufacturer with revenues of $1B, overseeing financial accounting, compliance, and reporting across four international regions since March 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Director of Operations Finance at USIC, where responsibilities included developing and monitoring KPIs across 75 operating units. Matt’s extensive experience at Cummins Inc. includes roles as Finance Operations Director and Controller for a $1.5B manufacturing plant, Corporate Finance Director, and Director of Accounting Policy, focusing on financial processes and compliance for a global distribution network. Early in career, Matt worked at EY as an Assurance Manager, delivering audit and consulting services to various industries, including manufacturing and real estate.
