Kylie Murphy is the Director of Quality and Compliance at Aurrum. Kylie has over eighteen years of experience in the aged care industry. Kylie has a passion for providing high quality care to residents and ensuring that budgets are met. Kylie has previously worked as the NSW ACFI/CST Manager at Regis Aged Care, the Business Partner Care and Clinical Services at Masonic Care Queensland, and the Facility Manager at RSL Care. Kylie also has experience as a Clinical Nurse, having worked at The Wesley Hospital for five years.

Kylie Murphy has a degree in registered nursing from Western Sydney University and is currently studying for a degree in chemotherapy nursing from Queensland University of Technology.
