Boris Dossmann

Boris Dossmann has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Boris is currently the Head of Project Excellence at Aurubis, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, Boris worked at Kemira as a Senior-Projektleiter from May 2015 to April 2023. Boris also has freelance experience as an Engineer, working for various companies including BASF and Outotec from 2012 to 2015. Boris served as the Leiter Projektmanagement at VTA Verfahrenstechnik und Automatisierung GmbH from 2011 to 2012 and as a Projektmanager at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG from 2009 to 2011. Before that, they were a Projektmanager at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor, BWSC from 2007 to 2009. Boris started their career as a Montage-Projektleiter, Baustellenleiter at Linde Engineering from 2003 to 2007 and also worked as a Trainee at Babcock Borsig AG from 2000 to 2002.

Boris Dossmann completed their Master's degree in Engineering with Management from Sheffield Hallam University from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate degree, earning a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Mechanical Engineering from FH Gelsenkirchen from 1995 to 1999.
