Jason Sparks

Jason Sparks is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in quality management and material processing. As the Quality Team Manager at Aurubis since March 2023, Jason oversees Material Acceptance and the operation of PCB and ICW shredding lines. Prior to this role, Jason served as the Raw Material/Scrap Champion at Constellium, where responsibilities included material blending in multiple Reverb Furnaces and ensuring the quality of molten aluminum for casting. Jason's career includes various roles at Constellium, such as Maintenance Data and Cost Analyst, Production Analyst, and Central Scheduling and Control Clerk. Earlier experience includes a position in Sales Support at Fastenal Company. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Alabama.
