Wayne Mo, GAICD

Wayne Mo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1995, they started as an Assistant Manager at MUFG and worked there until 2001. Then, they joined ANZ, where they held various positions, including Deputy GM Shanghai and Head of Corporate Banking China. From 2005 to 2008, they served as General Manager in Beijing. In 2008, they became the Executive Director of Resources Energy and Infrastructures Group and Head of China Desk at ANZ. Wayne played a significant role in managing the bank's relationship with Chinese companies investing in Australia and Asia. In 2016, they joined Shanghai Pengxin Group as the Special Representative of the Chairman and later became the Chief Investment Officer of Everchina Int'l Holding. Additionally, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Fiagril Ltda., Belagricola, and ausbiztv. In 2018, Wayne became the Chief Executive Officer of AL Capital, the financial investment arm of Aqualand Group. Wayne also joined McGrath Estate Agents as a Non-Executive Director and chaired the Audit and Risk Committee. In 2022, Wayne took on the role of Group CFO and CEO at Aqualand Australia.
