Dustin Strasser

Dustin Strasser is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Continuous Improvement Project Leader at Ausco Products, Inc since May 2019. With a solid background in manufacturing engineering, Dustin previously held roles as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Process Engineer at Ausco Products. Prior to this, Dustin worked at Maximum Mold as a Manufacturing Engineer and Design Engineer, focusing on die and mold design as well as CNC programming. Earlier experience includes a position as a Tooling Engineer at Metal Processors Inc and as an Adjunct Instructor at Lake Michigan College, where Dustin taught math courses. Dustin’s career began as a Tool and Die Apprentice at PME-Precision Mold and Engineering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ferris State University and an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology from Lake Michigan College, complemented by a Journeyman certification from the US Department of Labor.
