Alyssa Shapland

Alyssa Shapland is an experienced professional with a background in transcription, administrative support, hospitality, travel consulting, and residence advising. Currently serving as an Audio Transcriber at Auscript since November 2020, Alyssa has previously held roles such as Administrative Assistant at The Literature Centre and Waitress positions at both the Rose & Crown Hotel and The Cottesloe Beach Hotel. Earlier experience includes working as a Travel Consultant for Flight Centre Travel Group and serving as a Resident Advisor at University Hall, UWA. Alyssa obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian Studies from The University of Western Australia between 2013 and 2016.
