Chyloe Kurdas

Chyloe Kurdas is an experienced professional specializing in inclusion, diversity, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Session Select Evaluator for SXSW Sydney and as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Group at AusCycling, Chyloe combines these roles with a position as Inclusion & Diversity Senior Manager at the Australian Red Cross, where efforts focus on fostering a sense of belonging within communities. As the founder of Own Journey Travel, tours of Cambodia are offered to enhance the mental health and well-being of young people through positive psychology. Chyloe also acts as a keynote speaker, organizational leadership consultant, and executive coach, collaborating with numerous organizations on topics related to leadership, diversity, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, Chyloe has extensive experience as an expert commentator on AFLW for various media outlets and has been involved in several educational programs at Melbourne Business School.
