Andrés Pradines

Andrés Pradines has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and construction industry. Andrés worked at Ausenco as the Business Unit Director AO South America, where they were responsible for managing operations in Chile, Brazil, and Peru. Andrés developed and implemented commercial and operational strategies to increase market share and profitability. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Advisor and Associate Director at ALTADIRECCION CAPITAL. Andrés also served as the Commercial Director Latam Asset Management at SMEC, where they managed operations and commercial areas across Latin America. Andrés led the development of the commercial strategy, as well as managed alliances with consulting firms and negotiated contracts with major industrial and manufacturing clients. Earlier in their career, Andrés worked as the Gerente Comercial Zona Norte at OTIC - Cámara Chilena de la Construcción.

Andrés Pradines has a Diploma in Business Management from Universidad del Desarrollo, earned in 2016. Andrés also completed a program in Managerial Formation from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in the same year. In 2007, they received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Los Lagos.
